-A 30-year old Cold Lake man is facing charges following a strange incident yesterday morning in Bonnyville.
RCMP had been called about a suspicious vehicle, and they say they found it going in reverse on Highway 28, doing about 25 to 30km an hour.
And since the Dodge 3500 was missing a tire, sparks were shooting from it.
A civilian eventually forced it onto a side road next to the highway, where officers carried out a high risk take down.
Turns out the vehicle had been stolen from a local business that same morning.
