-We’re in the “hibernation zone.”
That’s what the Farmer’s Almanac is describing for Prairie dwellers this coming winter, as the publication’s editor says it’s going to be snow-filled and bitterly cold.

” I would say, when you look at all of Canada, it looks like the Prairies will have most of the winter, particularly in terms of snow and cold. “\
He says “hibernation zone” means people are going to want to hunker down, snuggle inside and not leave their homes.
