-They aren’t quite ready yet, but Sherwood Park’s new brewery will be ready to start canning and kegging in a couple of weeks. “70 Acre Brew Co” brew-master Brandon Owens says they’re going to kick things off with “something for everyone”:

“So we’re gonna have your classic lager that helps people understand and segue their way into craft beer, maybe those types that were raised on Molson Canadian, Coors or Budweiser. This is something that they might be able to try that’s possibly a bit more flavourful. And then from there, we get into a lot more different styles. We’ve got a pale ale, an IPA, a coconut porter, a saison, some fruited kettle sours. We’re trying to have something for everyone, but right out of the gate, we chose four to go with.”
