CFCW is proud to present the inaugural Miss Rodeo Edmonton Competition! The Edmonton Pro Rodeo is looking to crown an official ambassador for not only their second annual event this September 29 & 30th at the Edmonton EXPO Centre - the final rodeo of the season sanctioned by the CPRA, but also to potentially join Rodeo Royalty from across the country to compete in the Miss Rodeo Canada pageant during the CFR in November!

To continue supporting Western Heritage, Miss Rodeo Edmonton offers young women in Alberta the opportunity to enrich their lives by participating in a competition that will start them on the path for their career goals. They will build a foundation for future endeavors by developing important skills, making relevant connections in the industry and welcoming deep friendships.

Applications closed on May 1st, and there are 5 contestants vying for the crown! The Pageant will be on May 18 & 19, where MRE contestants will be judged and evaluated on a number of criteria, including Personal Interview, Horsemanship, Public Speaking, Written Exam, Personality, and Appearance. The Horsemanship and Public Speaking events are open to the public.

Jackie Rae is a special guest Public Speaking judge for, and tune in to CFCW on both days from 3:30pm - 4:30pm, when the contestants will sit in with A.J. Keller for the Imptomptu Questions portion of the competition!
