Wednesday, May 6th, is the 32nd Annual McHappy Day!

Since 1977, McDonald's has raised over $111.3 Million on McHappy Day for over half a million families through Ronald McDonald House and other children's charities across Canada. The four Ronald McDonald Houses in Alberta (Edmonton, Calgary, Medicine Hat & Red Deer) provide essential mental health and wellness support and save over $8 million annually in out-of-pocket accommodation, food, and travel expenses for families from nearly 345 communities, travelling an average 280km one way while their child is receiving medical treatment.

On May 6th, a portion of proceeds from every menu item purchase at all McDonald's locations, all day long, goes to help keep families close when they need it the most. So whether you want a Big Mac, a McFlurry or a McCafe...in-restaurant, at the Drive-Thru, through the App or ordering McDelivery with a $0 delivery fee on the McDonald's app, DoorDash, Skip and UberEats, you'll be making a difference for families with sick and injured children.
