Pack a lunch, bring some water and get ready for a fun-filled day of riding all to support an amazing cause that's near and dear to its Founder, Curtis Anderson who in 2002, suffered a Brain injury while riding a bull at the Ponoka Stampede.
The 20th Annual Courage Canada Trail Ride for Brain Injury Awareness is a 12-mile ride starting at Curtis's farm, followed by dinner, cowboy poetry, a silent & live auction and live music by Conner Adams at the Innisfree Rec Centre.
Registration is $50.00 and includes dinner, call Karen 780-592-2268 or Curtis 780-581-4802 to register. Proceeds go to the Halvar Jonson Centre for Brain Injury in Ponoka, along with LABIS, FOCUS, VALID & the Canadian Pro Rodeo Sports Medicine Team.
