“We Shall Remember Them” is a special Military Feature that aired on CFCW, highlighting stories of brave Canadian soldiers as told by military historian, Tom Leppard.
These features focus on some of the places in France, Belgium and the Netherlands during the Canadian Military History Tour Dean Thorpe hosted in Spring 2026. Tom Leppard details the bravery and sacrifice of Canadian soldiers that fought for our nation in World War I and World War II. Many of these soldiers never came home, and many of their graves across those three countries have never been visited by their families.
