-Residents of Northern Valley who recently went to what they were told was a public consultation about a proposed wind turbine project, were not happy when their questions went unanswered.
Elemental Energy had called the meeting, which happened July 18th in Elk Point, to talk about wind turbines they want to set up on farm land in that area.
But a group that’s opposed to the idea says the reps wouldn’t answer questions in a public-forum format, as they said they weren’t prepared to conduct it in that way.
When residents finally agreed to ask questions individually, the reps told them they didn’t know the answer, or they didn’t bring the information with them.
