Dale Nally also says the Life Lease Protection Amendment Act will demand the return of entrance fees within 180 days of the cancellation of an agreement, and a ten day cooling off period, where a life-lease buyer could cancel, if they change their minds.

The hike was set at 6.6-percent in December, but now the head of the Finance department feels it should be hiked to 8.7-percent, to maintain current service and program levels.

-Nothing here in Canada yet, but the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration in the U-S has opened an investigation into the solution Ford has come up with for dealing with gas leaks from cracked fuel injectors.
Instead of replacing them, they’re having mechanics install a tube that would force the leaking gas to hit the ground below the vehicle, instead of possible splashing onto the hot engine and possibly setting off a fire.
There have been some reports of the initial problem leading to engine fires, in newer Ford Bronco-Sport and Escape SUV’s.
