-It seems Edmonton city council has changed its mind about allowing people to have a drink or two in city parks during the summer. Back in January, council decided to not continue with the pilot project.   Yesterday, they decided to go ahead with another pilot project this coming summer. Recent surveys done by the city found that about 53-percent of the people asked, were just fine with it.
