Looks like its going to cost about 14-million dollars to restore the Community Centre in Sherwood Park.
Strathcona County council has given the green light to that expense to fix up the place—following those explosions earlier this month.
Fortunately—insurance will cover some of the costs.
Mayor Rod Frank says they’re moving as quickly as possible—-to get things back to normal.
County Hall is open—but the Community Centre and library were more seriously impacted—and it could be another three months before that complex is re-opened.
