Researchers at the University of Toronto have concluded what I’m going to call a “thanks Captain Obvious” moment.
They say when you skip your morning cup of coffee—-you might not feel that great.
As most of us know—-coffee has caffeine—and caffeine gives our brains a kick-start in the morning—allowing us to do our jobs better.
The experts say it also increases dopamine—which basically makes you happy—-and therefore a nicer person to be around.
However—did you realize that when you stop drinking coffee—-your withdrawal symptoms–can last anywhere between 2 and nine days???
That’s why—when some people give it up—-they don’t give it up for long.
