What if you held a provincial election—-and the party that LOST—refused to back down?
Thats whats going on in New Brunswick—after the Tories won last night—-but just by ONE seat against the Liberals.
As a result—the Liberal leader refused to concede.,
Even so—Tory leader Blaine Higgs gave a victory speech:
“I said at the beginning I wanted to do politics differently—putting the province first and politics second. This isnt exactly what I had in mind—-but this will do politics differently.”
The Tories got 22 seats–and the Liberals 21. (photo credit—CBC)
