A new study says walking barefoot in the grass each day—can be physically and mentally good for you.
Its called “grounding” or “earthing”—-where humans get a very very mild electric charge—from coming into direct contact with Mother Nature.
Supporters say it can help lower stress, relax your muscles, reduce pain—and help you sleep better.
And it doesnt have to be grass–because sand, gravel and moist ground will work as well—you just have to be barefoot.
