Not sure how this is going to help—-but the Florida Senate “rules committee” has decided to change some of the rules surrounding firearms in that state.
Under this new plan—you’d have to be 21-years old to buy a rifle—-and there’s going to be a three-day waiting period to buy them.
That rule is already in place—for handguns.
Teachers—WILL be allowed to carry concealed weapons—if they get law enforcement training–and are deputized.
But—they did NOT ban assault weapons.
