It didnt take long for some changes to be made—following that missile warning mistake in Hawaii on the weekend.
A man who works at the state emergency system–accidentally pushed the wrong button Saturday morning—–and a warning about an incoming ballistic missile kept being issued for a good 13 minutes before it was retracted.
But that was only if you happened to be on Twitter.
It was 38 minutes for the general public—and while many people didnt know what to do—-it had others running for cover.
The guy who hit the wrong button—-has now been removed from that job and placed somewhere else….
But officials are demanding to know why it took so long for the retraction.
