Country Music legends Sawyer Brown announce their 40th Anniversary Tour alongside Shenandoah and special guest, George Fox!
Since 1984, the Sawyer Brown’s high-energy reputation, uncompromising dedication to their fans, along with their relentless drive to stay true to themselves have never wavered. For the past forty years, “the boys” legendary live shows have captivated audiences with no signs of ever slowing down. Today, Sawyer Brown just keeps on delivering their unapologetically blue-collar, grass-roots message through music, like hits "The Race Is On", "Some Girls Do", "Six Days On The Road", and more!
Fans will also be treated to the sounds of Shenandoah, with Marty Raybon and Mike McGuire! Formed Shenandoah in 1984 in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, the band have since become legends in their own right with "Two Dozen Roses", "The Church on Cumberland Raod", and "Next To You, Next To Me"!
Opening the shows will be 3-Time CCMA AND Juno Award winner, CCMA Hall of Famer, and most recently a Country Music Alberta Hall of Fame inductee, George Fox. Throughout the eighties, George opened for greats like Randy Travis, Dolly Parton, George Strait and Willie Nelson with songs like "What's Holding Me", "First Comes Love", and "No Hasta la Vista Tonight". In 1995, George was honoured by his hometown of Cochrane, AB with the naming of a local roadway ‘George Fox Trail’.
