UCP leader Jason Kenney wants Albertans to have a say in any future hikes to the province’s carbon tax.  He’s introducing a private members bill demanding a referendum before any future hikes.  He says the premier may not want to litigate the issue again, but says Albertans certainly will in the next election about a year from now.   Premier Notley says Kenney needs to come clean with Albertans about where he stands on the cause of climate change.
