There’s a blizzard happening—-with 25 to 35cm of snow falling in most regions—and about 50 set for the foothills.
Mounties say several vehicles have slammed into each other in the southbound lanes of Highway 2 near Didsbury—-and NOW—the QE-2 is IMPASSABLE in that region.
All southbound traffic is being diverted at Township Road 582—which is the Didsbury overpass.
The northbound lanes are open FOR NOW—-but travel is not recommended.
