There was a shooting at a home in west Edmonton during an apparent break-in last night. Police had been called to a home in Lewis Estates—-after a homeowner told them he had shot a suspect when several intruders had broken into the home. One male suspect was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. Police think it was a targeted incident—and that there’s no risk to the general public.
