
People were busy sharing stories about “the good old days”—during a final hurrah at the Coliseum yesterday.
Northlands opened up the place to the public—-as the final event there took place—-a multi-cultural round dance.
Northlands CEO Tim Reid says it was a “fitting end” ….
The Coliseum is 44-years old—-and for now—its still up in the air as to what’s going to happen to the building…
But the city of Edmonton does say its way too expensive to keep it open–unless a private investor steps in….
So—-it just might be knocked down.
